Pocket bike size by cc's

So when was the last time you saw a local pocket bike dealer? Probably not lately so its pretty easy to get screwed with the wrong size bike since in most cases you have to by them off the internet especially if you are a newbee.

What is the difference between the 47cc two stroke and 49cc two stroke?

Obviously there is the cc's but there is also a physical size difference. In general the 47cc bikes are physically smaller than the 49cc. I am 5' 7" weight is 180lbs the 49cc is very comfortable to sit on and ride as apposed to the 47cc .
Normally the 47cc will have foot pegs located right under the gas tank as apposed to the 49cc where they will be located near the rear tire.
